BNP Paribas Real Estate Valuation France at MIPIM 2018

BNP Paribas Real Estate Valuation France teams will be present at the 29th edition of MIPIM (Marché International des professionnels de l'immobilier), an exhibition covering all types of real estate assets, which will be held at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes from 13th to 16th March 2018.

MIPIM brings together the world's most influential players in the professional real estate sector (retail, healthcare, residential, logistics and industrial). This year promises to be rich in discoveries and events. Over four days, workshops, conferences and professional meetings will be held in the presence of the sector’s actors.

MIPIM 2018: Focus on the European real estate market

Around 100 conferences will be held during this event, during which nearly 300 experts will share their experience and deliver their analysis of current trends.

BNP Paribas real Estate will participate in three conferences on the European real estate market:

• Global Capital Flows - Tuesday 13th March 1-3 p.m.: Larry Young, Head of International Investment, will speak on international capital flows.
• European Logistics Investment - Wednesday 14th March 12:30-14:00: Logan Smith, Head of Logistics - International Investment, will discuss investment in the European logistics market.
• PropTech, Data & Innovation - To be confirmed: Csongor Csukas, Head of International Property Management, will discuss proptech (property technology), data and innovation in the real estate market.

BNP Paribas Real Estate and Construction 21 are also joining forces to launch the international “Green Building Solutions Awards” at the BNP Paribas Real Estate stand on 13th March.

Women of Influence Networking

The Women of Influence Networking Cocktail will take place on Tuesday 13th March between 16:30 and 18:00. This event gives influential women in the real estate industry the opportunity to exchange and share their vision of women in leadership. This event will be hosted by:

• Marie SCHNEEGAN, CEO of Workwell
