Belgrade is the capital and economic heart of Serbia and home to most major multinational companies operating in the country. The city is seeing strong construction activity to respond to growing demand for office space.

Novi Beograd (New Belgrade) is the city’s main business district, located along the left bank of the Sava River. A large number of IT and international companies have chosen the area for their regional headquarters. Recent development projects include business complexes such as Delta City and Sava city. In addition, major infrastructural changes in the district have attracted investors, occupiers and banks alike in recent years.

The end of 2016 was marked by the strong construction activity and the completion of several modern office projects that added nearly 52,000 sq. m to New Belgrade office stock. Further developments are underway for 2017, predominantly in new Belgrade. **

It’s location along the A1 motorway connects the city to Belgrade in the south, while connections to the Budapest-Belgrade railroad connect it to major European cities.
