Offices are mainly located in the newest part of the city’s growing business district: Šnipiškės. Expansion plans in the “Naujas miesto centras" (new city centre) within the district have drawn occupiers to commercial and residential properties in the area. The area is also home to one of the largest trade centres in Europe: UAB World Trade Centre Vilnius (WTC Vilnius).

In 2016, the most active investment segment in Vilnius was the office market, which took more than 33% of all real estate investment. It is expected that during 2017–2018 approximately 140,000 sq. m of new office space will be commissioned in the city’s central business district. **
