Vilnius is the capital of Lithuania and its largest city. It is located in the southeast part of Lithuania. As one of the largest financial centres of the Baltic States, Vilnius is considered the heart of business in Lithuania. Shared service centres (SSCs) are one of the fasted growing sectors in Vilnius and drive a large part of office demand in the capital.
Offices are mainly located in the newest part of the city’s growing business district: Šnipiškės. Expansion plans in the “Naujas miesto centras" (new city centre) within the district have drawn occupiers to commercial and residential properties in the area.
