+33(0)173101995With the aim of reinforcing its presence on the European market and to better accompany its clients, BNP Paribas Real Estate Valuation France is strengthening its teams by recruiting three new consultants dedicated to hotel assets.
Multifaceted assets with large potential, hotels are attracting more and more private investors who see them as an interesting investment with several benefits. The hotel investment market has strong core components (limited supply development and positive growth prospects) and represents almost €23 billion of investment in Europe," said Isabelle Denis, Chief Executive Officer of BNP Paribas Real Estate Valuation France.
"Our expert teams cover property assets as a whole, whether they are office, commercial, logistics, housing, health property, residences which offer services, and hotels. In regards to the latter, we intend to reinforce our teams and our presence in this sector. These three consultants, all hospitality experts, will use their knowledge of local markets and their skilled financial approaches for our clients, guaranteeing a rigorous assessment of their hotel assets," said Jean-Claude Dubois, President of BNP Paribas Real Estate Valuation France.
Three new experts to complete the Hotels Team
These three expert hotels consultants are under the leadership of Isabelle Denis, General Manager of BNP Paribas Real Estate Valutation France.
Vincent COISNE, joins BNP Paribas Real Estate Valuation France as Senior Consultant. In 2013, he joined MKG as a hotel analyst before joining EOS as an asset manager in 2015. He took up his new position at BNP Paribas Real Estate Valuation in June.
Samuel MOTTAIS, joined BNP Paribas Real Estate Valuation France in February 2018 as a Junior Consultant. With an MBA (Hospitality Management) from ESSEC, he has gained professional experience as an Asset Manager at Solanet Gestion Hôtelière.
Gabriel PORÉE, holds a double degree (MBA in Hospitality Management and a Masters in Economics, Law and Management) from ESC in La Rochelle. Before joining BNP Paribas Real Estate France last February as a Junior Consultant, he worked as a hotel development analyst at Adagio Aparthotel.
